Fluidtime's software solutions transform traffic data and information for public transport and individual travel into customer-friendly travel information services, available via mobile, app and web-based clients. Since 2004 partners and clients like ASFiNAG, ÖAMTC, ORF Ö3 Verkehrsredaktion, Porr, SWARCO FUTURIT,TUI ReiseCenter,Verkehrsverbund Stuttgart,VOR or Wiener Linien have trusted our company.

The software solutions from Fluidtime transform traffic data and traffic information in the field of public transport (PT) and motorized private transport into user-friendly mobility information services.The services are all provided for smartphones, tablets, mobile web, widgets and digital signage.

Other special fields include the development of Integrated Mobility Information (IMO),Traffic Data Management (TDM) and Innovation Partnerships, as well as internal software solutions: Integrated Staff Information (ISI) and Disruption Information Management (DIM).

Role in the project

Within the project PEACOX, Fluidtime leads the realisation of novel Web-based and mobile service elements as well as the planning of their widespread exploitation. As a basis for this task, Fluidtime supports the user requirements and stakeholder indentification and analysis as well as contributes to the service design and technical specification of service elements. Furthermore, demonstration planning and it‟s execution is supported by means of experiences gathered in the course of the EC project In-Time and continuous, high quality service provision in national and international contexts.

Key Personnel

Fluidtime works with an interdisciplinary team and thus benefits from wide-ranging competences in the areas of interactive design, architecture, IT, mathematics, project  management and economics. The following persons are the key individuals in the peacox project:

Michael Kieslinger, founder, Service Development. Michael Kieslinger was Associate Professor at the Interaction Design Institute Ivrea in Italy from 2001 until 2004. He received his MA in Computer Related Design at the Royal College of Art, London, UK, 2000. For his work for a Swedish research group based at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm he received the Lions Club Award for Scientific Work in New Media. His main role will be the service design and specification and he will be the internal project leader for peacox.

Mirjana Artukovic, M.Sc., born on 26th of August 1987, Sarajevo/Bosnia and Herzegovina, studied Intelligent Transportation Systems at the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien, Austria, and at the Linköpings University, Sweden. She graduated with a Master Degree (Double degree). During her studies she already worked as EFC Junior Consultant for Prime Consulting Services for three years. In December 2011 she started working as a project manager at Fluidtime Data Services GmbH, where she directs many national as international innovative research projects with focus on smart mobility services, e.g. Peacox, MASELTOV, emporA2 etc. Furthermore, she leads also commercial projects (ÖAMTC, Wiener Linien) with focus on staff information systems and traffic information.

Bilal Abu-Naim, MIS, born on 9th of February 1974, Amman/Jordan, studied Business Administration at the University of Jordan, Amman/Jordan und Management of Information Systems (MIS) at the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences, Amman/Jordan. Since 2007 he attends the doctoral program at the University of Vienna, Department of Distributed and Multimedia Systems.

After his degree he worked in Jordan as software developer for Mitsui and HSBC Bank in Amman. Since 2008 he works at Fluidtime Data Services GmbH as Software developer / Technical leader.
